Here is a little update of what is going on in our life as a family in the ministry we do in Honduras
Recently we became Score International missioners. We praise the Lord for this bigger plataform that might also help to reach bigger dreams that we have had for the ministry in our beloved country!
-TTI: it is a program to train potential pastors in a one
year studies. This program is now lead in Honduras by Daniel and hosted by our
church, there are 25 students and one more trainning point (another 25) is
about to start.
-One-Day-Camp: in schools and high-school through the
ministry of Dario y Keila Matute. They are already doing an amazing job and our
church gets to support them but we dream to grow more and get to more youth.
They are missioners to our church and also praying to apply to score sometime.
-Church ministry: our local church Reborn Baptist Church wich we have been
pastoring for the last 4 years and it has started to grow in leadership and
help grow (that to us means in number and also spiritually).
-Social projection. This is a ministry we started last year
with a member of our church, she is a young doctor, Daniel married them on December. We are supporting her and this saturday we
will have the second medical brigade and evangelistic in a rural area out of
the city.
-Education: it has been my dream of about 10 years to start
an educational proyect with focus on
enriching the education in Honduras. We have been now
working to open with preschool level in July-August of this year. The church is
supporting this by alouding us to start in the facilities we are renting now. This
will give the kids and teenagers high education specialized opportunities in art,
music, sports, science labs, math labs, languages and more! This doesn't exist
here in Honduras and it is my thesis that a better education gives better opportunities for
the adult life in earth while we share salvation for eternity in heaven.
